Swiss MeshCore Channels

Channels in MeshCore are like groups which you can join your companion nodes, everybody can create Channels directly from within the MeshCore App. The most important one is called "Public" and it is added by default, however, you can leave it if you need to for some reason.

It is important to understand that these are technically flood messages, meaning messages are not sent via a specific path but are spread over repeaters over the full mesh. You can see which path a message took to you, you will also know which Repeaters close by repeated a message you sent, but other than with direct messages there is no confirmation that your message actually arrived anywhere.

You can add these channels using the MeshCore App, this can be done manually by using the Secret Key below or by scanning the QR code.

If you want any channels to get added to the least, let us know via the Swiss MeshCore Forum or the Contact Form on this page.
